HOOK CONTAINERS
STANDARD CONTAINERS
Standard design with vertical frames, optional 1 or 2 horizontal frames. Floor thickness 4- 6 mm, walls 3-4 mm, crossbars 100x50x3(4).
FRAMELESS CONTAINERS
Suitable for lightweight raw materials with a high bulk mass. Reduced container weight. Made of S235 steel or HARDOX- wear-resistant grades.
CONTAINER WITH HYDRAULIC TAILGATE
Can be manufactured with or without frames. Hydraulic tailgate lifted upwards using power from the vehicle or an electric-hydraulic pump. Additionally, a central lock operating in the scheme of the hydraulic system is used, which makes operation much easier - the driver fully controls the flap from vehicle.
CONTAINER WITH A LID
Construction of a roof in a tilting or sliding system.
The sliding system consists of two independently moving lids on their own tracks.
The tilting lid is equipped with a mechanical lifting system using a lever, mechanical-hydraulic (manually powered pump), electric-hydraulic or hydraulic powered from the vehicle.
TIGHT CONTAINER
Reinforced construction with frames to ensure a stable construction that is not susceptible to leak. The container is constructed closed (without doors) or with the use of a properly sealed hatch with the possibility of applying pressure in the hydraulic system. Additionally, drain valves may be installed.
DRYING CONTAINER
Manufactured with or without frames. Used for drying wood, woodchips and all types of agricultural products. Thanks to the use of a double bottom made of specially prepared galvanised sheet metal with slotted-bridge perforation, the introduced warm air flows evenly through tunnels installed in the door towards the top, drying the collected raw material. The container is standardly equipped with a grain dump.
CONTAINER WITH SIDE TIPPER
Container fulfilling the function of a delivery vehicle type tipper. Possibility of three-sided dumping of accumulated material. Side tipping is provided by a set of actuators powered by the truck.
STACKING CONTAINER
Containers designed to optimise transport costs. Thanks to their design, they can be stacked one inside the other to shorten the planned route. Standardly made in height 500-750-1000 with various lengths.
CONTAINER WITH HYDRAULIC BOARD
Hydraulically lowerable left or right board equipped with central locking in the hydraulic system pattern for easy operation - the driver fully controls the side from the vehicle. The container may be equipped with a double door or a flap doors.
