Three-way tipper body in a lightweight version for vehicles with a GVW of 3.5 to heavy-duty up to 32 tonnes. The structure is clad with high-quality, hard-wearing steels that guarantee a long service life. Steel or aluminium side panels with single or double revolving axle.
For smaller vehicles without a hydraulic system, an independent system powered by an electro-hydraulic pump is used. Tipping is controlled either by mechanical levers (manually by the operator) or by an independent electrically controlled system that is powered by a common power unit for the hydraulic system.
In the case of heavier vehicles, a fully hydraulic drive powered from the vehicle is used, along with the use of this system for tipping control. Additional features that make operation of the body significantly easier are the automatic opening of the side panels from the cab and the hydraulically lowered or raised side panels.
Optional equipment may also include: working and marker lights, contour warning tape veneer, floor loading hooks, a spring supporting the work of the side, a longitudinal or transverse tarpaulin covering the loading surface.
